UPSC is going to held the NDA-II and Naval Academy Examination- I, 2012. These recruitment and examinations are for both men and women. It will be held on 15th April 2012 for the admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of the NDA for the 129th Course and for the 91st Indian Naval Academy Course commencing from December 2012. Candidates who are citizen of India and posses the required qualification can apply online before 30th January 2012.
Total 335 posts are available. Out of this, 195 posts are for Army, 39 are for Navy, 66 are for Air Force and rest 35 are for Navy Academy.
Eligibility: Candidates should have passed 12th class examination conducted by a state Education Board or University. But for the positions in Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy, candidates must have passed 12th class with Physics and Mathematics as a subject.
Centre of examination will be Agartala, Ahmadabad, Aizawl, Allahabad, Bhopal, Bangalore, Bareilly, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dispur, Dharwad, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Udaipur, Thiruvananthapuram, Shimla, Srinagar, Shillong, Sambalpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Port Blair, Patna, Goa, Hyderabad, Gangtok, Itanagar, Imphal, Jammu, Jaipur, Kochi, Jorhat, Kolkata, Kohima, Madurai, Lucknow, Nagpur, Mumbai.
